Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1:Saigon - Can Tho
Depart from your hotel in Saigon and  Heading for Mekong delta to the City of Can Tho some 4hours away from Saigon, there is plenty time for your stop en route for photography and  seeing the daily life of people in Mekong delta of Vietnam. On arrival Can tho city, check in your hotel  and free at leisure for your own of exploration the city and  villages in this area. Overnight at Victoria Can Tho. (L,D)

Day 2:  The Bassac Cruises
Morning free. Board our  at Can Tho at Ninh Kieu pier. Welcome drink, introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins. Departure downstream of the Hau river. Lunch on board while en route. Tour near Tra On floating market. Branching into Mang Thit river toward Co Chien river. Rest on the upper deck or enjoy the open bar in a scenery of rice fields, sugar cane, woods on the near banks. Visit a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local inhabitants. Visit an orchard or rice fields nearby. Complimentary drink as a welcome back on board. Open bar and rest on the deck enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while the Bassac is cruising Mang Thit river toward the anchorage point for the night. The Bassac sets anchor for the night on river Mang Thit. (B/L/D)

Day 3:  Cai Be - Saigon
6:30 am Bassac cruise sets sail again through the labyrinth of creek and canals towards Cai Be. The passengers take their breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the river banks. The Bassac crosses Co Chien river then branches into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes in view of boats of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards. Arrival in Cai Be, check-out and boarding of a local boat for a tour of Cai Be floating market and handicraft.  Pick up at Caibe and drive back to Saigon. (B)

Meal : B = Breakfast;  L = lunch; D = Dinner

Departure Date for the trip: on every Tue, Thursday, and Sunday

Including of:

- English or French speaking guide,
- Land transfers  by A.C vehicle with driver,
- All accommodation at Victoria on single or double share basis with breakfast,
- Room on the Bassac with all amenities and a bathroom, on a twin-share basis,
- Meals as indicated
- Admission fees and permits where applicable.

Excluding of:

- International airport tax in Ho Chi Minh at USD 14.00 nett per person,
- International airfare to/from Vietnam
-  Travel insurance,
- Personal expenses such as drinks, bar bills, laundry & etc.
