DETAILED ITINERARY:
DAY1: HANOI-HALONG BAY
Driving from Ha Noi to Ha long will take about 3hours of journey, stopping en route for relaxing at a handcraft center at Sao do town. Carry on our driving for one and half hours more, at around 12pm we will get to ha long city, you will board on our traditional-designed wooden junk, lunch will be serving while the boat is sailing for the sung sot caven. Get off the boat for visiting the cave in 30minutes time, next is cruising to TiTop beach for swimming or just simplely sitting on the boat’s top deck and looking the sun is slowly setting to behind the formations at middle Halong bay. Overnight on boat. (L/D)
DAY2: HALONG-CAT BA ISLAND
After breakfast, we will be transferred for Catba island. There are plenty of opportunities to photograph beautiful landscapes with various shapes of the formations rising up from crystal blue water. We will pass some more fishing villages and Oyster farms before arriving the port of Gia Luan. Transfer by car to the Cat Ba National Park to visit the old Military Hospital cave that was used by the North Vietnamese Army during the American war, next is heading for Cat Ba town, check in hotel on arrival and then free for exploring the town on your own. Overnight in Catba Island Hotel. (B)
DAY3: CAT BA-HAI PHONG CITY- HANOI
Free time for your swimming at Cat Co Beach, after lunch will transfer to the ferry at downtown, boarding the one-hour ferry back to Vietnam’s largest sea port and third largest city, at Ben Binh of Hai Phong, meet again our car and will drive for two hour drive back to Hanoi. end of service at your hotel (B)
