Terms and Conditions

This agreement contains the terms and conditions by which Vietnampathfinder Travel Co., Ltd. At # 28 Ven Ho Street, Tay Hoan  Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam, agrees to provide these services, tours in consideration for a client’s payment.

RESERVATIONS
For booking tours from Vietnampathfindertravel company, all Services and tours can be booked through email: info@vietnampathfinder.com, by facsimile :( 84.4)3 928 9778 or at our office : 28 Ven Ho Street- Tay Ho District- Hanoi- Vietnam and a signed completed registration form is required at the time of reservation. Written confirmation will be sent at the working hours of Hanoi office from 08.30 A.M to 05.30 P.M and excepted Sunday.

DEPOSITS
Deposit is requested at 30% of the tour’s total and may be made by wire transfer (bank fee =25$/ one transfer), payment by credit card (Visa or Master Card will be charged = 4% by Bank), Paypal online.
The final payments will be settled up at 45 days prior to starting date of the trip for tour packages, 25 days for booking boats and 15days for booking car, at which time the balance of the trip must be made immediately upon our last confirmation. If for any season the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled without any refund of sums already paid to Vietnampathfinder travel co., ltd and without prior notice.

PAYMENT
After the agreement with Vietnampathfinder Travel Company, on tour prices, detailed itinerary and all special requests have been done, the client/agent will be asking for the implementation of payment through telegraphic transfer, wire transfer and the bank fee of 25$/ one transfer will be to clients’ account and payment must be completed at :

+ 45 days prior to your tour departure day for the package tours.

+ 25 days prior to your tour departure day for the Booking boats.

+ 15 days prior to your tour departure day for the Booking car/ vehicles.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
To travel around Asia we highly recommended that participants have travel insurance for protection against loss, cancellation, medical or other emergency.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
In case visas are required, Vietnampathfinder travel would be delighted to help you organizing the visas to entry Vietnam, laos, cambodia, China (free Service). Please note however, that Vietnampathfinder Travel can not be held responsible for information on visa regulations, or in case visas are not obtained or visas are not accepted by local authorities.
It is the Tour member responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary. Also should expect to receive itineraries, tickets, and hotel or service vouchers from Vietnampathfinder Travel at least two weeks prior to departure.

HOTEL CHECK IN- CHECK OUT TIME
Hotel Check in - Check out time is usually 12.00 A.M
Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of Special Train Journey and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Vietnampathfinder travel must be informed in writing, either by Fax or by letter. All cancellations will be subject to a $100 per person (for booking package tour), $ 100/ Car or Boat (for booking boat or Car) processing fees to offset the costs of handling the reservation. In addition to the $100 cancellation fee, the cancellation charges would apply in respect to the date of departure as follows:

+ At 30 days before trip departure- 10% of the total tour / service cost
+  From 16 days to 29 days - 35% of the total tour / service cost
+  From 4 days to 15days - 60% of the total tour / service cost
+ From 03 days (72 hrs) to departure - 100% of the total tour / service cost

REFUNDS
Refunds and their method will be affected as agreed between you and Vietnampathfinder travel for unused services, and timely cancellations. The service charge of the refund will be based on the bank fee of transaction. As a matter of course, after commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the itinerary, which are not utilized, and all refunds to the client will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your trip cancellation.

RESPONSIBILITY
Except in situations beyond human control, Vietnampathfinder travel will be held responsible for any additional expense resulting from the change caused by us in itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals.
Except in situations beyond human control, Vietnampathfinder travel shall provide compensatory service for participants or refund the difference in payment for service rendered below standard.
The detailed program and schedule flights are subject to changes by airline without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, Vietnampathfinder travel will do all in its power to assist participants in boarding flights or finding alternative arrangements. Note however that it is done as a courtesy to participants and Vietnampathfinder travel can not be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for additional costs occurred.
