The Patuxay Monument - Laos was built in 1958 to commemorate those who died in the past war. Here is a good place to climb up the top for a panoramic view of Vientiane capital. It located in capital central. The decorated Patuxay is more colorful at night as well as the nice yard with lovely fountain displaying. open 8.00 AM. – 4.00 PM.
